While your yoni steam is preparing, I will guide you through a series of heart-to-womb exercises as well as some energetic movements that will attune your body, mind, and spirit for the beneficial treatment of your steam.
I ensure you feel comfortable with the proceedings and answer any questions you may have before leaving you to enjoy your steam session in peace.
First time steam sessions are generally 10-12 minutes long.
Depending on your unique constitution, follow-up yoni steam sessions can range in time from 10-25 minutes.
